The application fee is $40 for the first applicant and $30 for each additional applicant / occupant.
There is a $100 deposit which is applied to the security deposit upon acceptance or returned if denied. In the event of applicant’s cancellation (except if cancelled within the first 24 hours) or refusal to enter into a lease agreement with the owner, applicant agrees to forfeit the deposit as liquidated damages for expenses incurred in holding the apartment.
The remainder of the security deposit is due within two weeks of acceptance.
We require proof of income (two current paystubs). 1/3 of applicant's gross monthly income must exceed one month's rent (ex. if an applicant makes $2,700 / month then they qualify for apartments that are $900 or less).
Please provide a valid government issued photo ID with your application. Applicants must be 21 years or older.
We will process a credit report and criminal background check. A credit score of 650 or higher with no negative marks is required.
Applicants must view the desired apartments before an application can be submitted.
